Softball

This term we are learning how to play Softball. Every few weeks we have an awesome helper come into the school and show us a new skill. Then we have some time to practise that skill before he comes back again to teach us another skill.

At the moment we are learning how to catch using a Softball mitt. We are finding this quite challenging but so much fun! We are also learning how to throw a ball correctly by first aiming, then stepping our foot forward, and finally throwing the ball. We are getting very good at this!

To practise these skills we have started playing T-Ball. Here are some pictures of us playing...
