Writing with Personality
Room 20 has worked extremely hard over 2011. Well done! future young writers. All the students have experienced a real boost in their writing skills with the help of Mrs Hammond during Term 3 the quality of writing in our class has skyrocketed.
During Term 4 we will continue with writing recounts and also explore report writing. Report writing fits in very well with our Theme of Diversity, where we have been investigating Diversity in Animals, Art and Cultures in New Zealand.
Well done! Room 20 by winning the Warriors in Libraries writing competition for Year 4 and 5 students. On Thursday 14 April the class was presented with its prize tickets.
