Magical Mathematics

Room 20 has enjoyed a wide range of Maths experiences over the year and they have all increased their Maths knowledge and are able to use lots of different strategies to solve addition and subtraction problems.

Over Term 4 we will continue learning more about multiplication and division as well as fractions, percentages and decimals. 

During the Term usually on Fridays we do maths problem solving and this is really interesting. The problems are set in real life situations and this helps the children to realize how important maths is to their future success and achievements.

One friday we had fun with fractions and eventually ate the results.
